Good stay but...
SPA and solarium were very new and had everything a SPA should have. Rooms were very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We had both a shower and a bathtub. The room had a small fridge. Very nice.
The "gym" had very old machines, not all working. The said gym and most of the corridors had carpeted floors and were not allergy friendly. The massages prices were so high they were not accessible.

The spa and pool area are absolutely fantastic , meals consumed in the hotel very actually very abundant and tasty, and the staff extremely friendly and available, highly recommended (its my second time here)
The only minus is the location's amenities, the thermal pools and baths are all within walking distance, however this part of Chianciano is a bit empty in terms of many shops, bars and cafes closed, so it is recommended to have a longer walk to the old town, as this area has mostly hotels.
