Good stay but...
SPA and solarium were very new and had everything a SPA should have. Rooms were very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We had both a shower and a bathtub. The room had a small fridge. Very nice.
The "gym" had very old machines, not all working. The said gym and most of the corridors had carpeted floors and were not allergy friendly. The massages prices were so high they were not accessible.

Good stay
The staff was very pleasant. The internal pool has a great view on the tuscanian hills. I asked for a harder pillow and it was promptly provided. The hotel style is from the 80s. You can have a drink on the outside pool.
Some of the spa services were closed such as Mediterranean bath and the steam room. No drinks are allowed in the spa but it makes sense. The style has not improved since the 80s or even earlier and it's outdated but well maintained.

The spa and pool area are absolutely fantastic , meals consumed in the hotel very actually very abundant and tasty, and the staff extremely friendly and available, highly recommended (its my second time here)
The only minus is the location's amenities, the thermal pools and baths are all within walking distance, however this part of Chianciano is a bit empty in terms of many shops, bars and cafes closed, so it is recommended to have a longer walk to the old town, as this area has mostly hotels.
